Challeng of the Day (Lunges)

Okay Friends,

Today challenge will be lunges...  3 sets of 10, each leg, with a 20 second rest between sets... is easy!!! 

For the advanced workout try 3 sets of 30 lunges, each leg, with a 10 second rest between each set.
